Discover Mount Pleasant Windmill in the south of the region standing tall on the cliff at Kirton-in-Lindsey overlooking the Trent Valley. The mill is in use today to produce a range of organic flours from which organic breads are baked in the traditional wood-fired oven. Visitors can see the flour been milled & the owners are more then happy to explain the process. The mill has its own tea-rooms & wholefood shops.
